This is one of the best self help books I’ve read.  Ray is inspiring because he presents life and success in a holistic manner.  He also provides for useful exercises and real language.  If Ray can’t motivate you to change, no one will!

“This books could have easily been titled “Doing Discipline” but I have to admit, I like the title “Eat that Frog”, the metaphor really digs into the well of the procrastinator.

Eat That Frog delivers 21 habits that have been determined invaluable for sucess. Forget the reviewers who feel that these habits could have been condensed, to leave any habit out would be a deterrent to the effectiveness of the program.

This book is a brief easy read but is not intended to be a one time read. Tracy offers bullet points and exercises. They should be repeated on a daily basis.

The concept is that the 21 habits repeated daily can result in behavior change in 21 days. Some behavior “experts” disagree, however, with advanced techniques like NLP and Alpha programming, it is actually possible to reprogram yourself and establish new habits much quicker. But, like all conditioning, it must be repeated or it can be lost. Just like physical exercise.” Amazon.

Mindset talks about confidence and success depends on how much we are open to growing from failure and limitations.  The idea is that we are not born into greatness but that we reach greatness by wanting to be challenge and working hard towards a goal. In the end, it is not about the outcome, it is about the effort we put forth.

This book delivers the message that happiness is possible at any moment and that waiting for the future is part of the problem.  It provides many exercises that will help get you to the point of making a commitment to happiness.  It’s a great read!
